O Lord, I offer You all of my thoughts,
words and actions of this day. 
Preserve me from selfish motives. 
Grant me wisdom, courage
and perseverance to choose Your will
over mine in every circumstance of this day.
Allow Your grace to flow through me,
that I might reflect Your goodness
to all whom I encounter,
no matter what the circumstances might be.
Teach me to choose God first,
others second and myself last.
Teach me to listen much and speak little.
May I always accept Your divine providence
as my teacher and guide with all its joys and sufferings.
May my tears always be tears of joy
and my prayers always include others.
May my obedience be the measure of my Trust in You.
May the peace of Christ guide my heart always.
